Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for one of our clients in Stamford, CT. This person will be joining the Digital Transformation team and be responsible for facilitating cross-functional discussions, extracting, gathering and documenting business requirements, ensuring alignment in strategy and gaining stakeholder approval/gathering sign off. The Business Analyst will help develop and maintain high-quality BRDs that enable initiatives to be accurately scoped, developed and implemented ensuring business objectives are met and benefits realized. This person will spend 70% - of their day gathering requirements, documenting, conducting stakeholder interviews, and leading requirement workshops. The other 30% of their day will include cross-functional collaboration - working with product and marketing teams to ensure requirements are understood. These BRDs will play a central role in building scalable, repeatable processes for Program delivery and AI strategy implementation for the company. The pay will be between 50-55/hr.
