Job Description:

We're seeking a seasoned Brand Designer to join the creative team, combining strategic vision with hands-on design execution. In this role, you'll shape the visual direction of our brand across multiple channels while actively contributing to design work and overseeing various marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead visual direction for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
• Create and execute compelling design work across digital and physical touchpoints
• Art directs 3D rendering and photography projects to showcase products and features
• Direct 3D rendering projects to showcase products and features
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate marketing objectives into powerful visual solutions
• Provide design direction to external partners
• Ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
• Present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in brand design, preferably in tech/consumer electronics, some in-house experience preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in both art direction and hands-on design
• Experience directing photography and video production
• Experience with 3D visualization and rendering direction
• Expert knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
• Strong typography and layout skills
• Excellence in creative problem-solving and conceptual thinking
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

Desired Skills

• Understanding of digital-first design principles
• Prior experience working on internal creative teams
• Experience with global brand campaigns
• An online portfolio of work is required.

Top 3 must-have hard skills

• 4+ years of minimum experience in a web production environment
• BA/BS in Design or equivalent
• Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills
• Proficient in Illustrator and Dreamweaver/HTML/CSS
• Strong knowledge of Flash, ActionScript, a plus
