Are you playful, compassionate, and committed to lifelong learning? Join our growing team at  Excentia Human Services as a  Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)and help provide trauma-informed, play-based behavioral health support to children and families in Lancaster County.

No experience? No problem. We offer  comprehensive, paid training and support you every step of the way—from your first session to professional advancement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver  Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)therapy in home, clinic, and community settings
  • Complete a 40-hour RBT training course while getting paid as a BHT
  • Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
  • Collaborate with a team of fellow BHTs, RBTs, and BCBAs
  • Support families with tools and techniques that promote positive behavior
  • Work with play-based, person-centered treatment goals (not compliance-based models)
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule—Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with optional Saturday sessions

What We’re Looking For:

  • A compassionate, energetic, and open-minded team member
  • Willingness to learn and grow—no ABA experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work in homes, schools, and community settings
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement
