Banking & Finance Attorney | Lending, Structured Finance & Regulatory Work

A dynamic legal team is seeking a banking and finance associate to support transactional and regulatory matters for financial institutions, private lenders, and corporate borrowers . 🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate loan agreements, credit facilities , security documents, and intercreditor agreements
• Support asset-based lending , real estate finance, and mezzanine lending transactions
• Advise on federal and state banking compliance , including Dodd-Frank, BSA, and FDIC matters
• Conduct legal due diligence and assist with deal structuring
• Collaborate with clients, counsel, and internal deal teams on high-value transactions

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction
• 3–6+ years of experience in banking or finance law at a firm or financial institution
• Familiarity with UCC , commercial lending, and secured transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills

🌟 Preferred Experience

• Experience with syndicated lending, CLOs, or project finance
• Understanding of U.S. bank regulatory framework
• Background in cross-border or international finance a plus
