Responsibilities Analyze company data to identify financial trends, quality of earnings, working capital considerations Prepare proforma and forecast financials Collaborate with clients and prospective target acquisitions to obtain pertinent information Support company growth thru business development activities Requirements Accounting/Finance/Econ Degree CPA heavily preferred Strong Technical Accounting skills Knowledge or interest in learning quality of earnings, working capital, EBITDA, etc. Exceptional Excel skills Very sizable bonus opportunities here and runway to make a name at a young firm!
