Requirements
You have graduated from an accredited MSOM program or equivalent, are licensed to practice acupuncture in Wisconsin, and ideally are Board Certified in Acupuncture. You have TCM herbal training and feel confident prescribing herbs.
About Us
We are a busy, cash-based practice in beautiful Pewaukee, Wisconsin, known for our patient-centered care and strong community reputation. While we specialize in infertility and women’s health, we also treat pain, digestion, anxiety, neuropathy, migraines, and more.
We use gentle needling, clear communication, and a collaborative approach with every patient. Our in-house herbal pharmacy includes 85+ herbs, and we value practitioners who feel at home using herbs as part of their clinical approach.
Position Details
This is a part-time position, three days per week, with no weekends required.
Pay is commission based, $30 to $90 hour, plus 25% commission on herbs, supplements, and topicals.
A practitioner working approximately 15 clinical hours each week can reasonably earn around $65K per year before herb and supplement commissions.
Pacing and Team Culture
Our flow is intentional. We see three patients per hour and train you thoroughly in our systems so that you can provide excellent treatments without feeling depleted.
