💰 Competitive $60,000 - $95,000 + Benefits
We’re seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support daily field operations on large-scale construction projects. This role is hands-on, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while working closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating daily site activities, safety, and inspections.
- Monitor progress, update schedules, and review drawings for accuracy.
- Perform quality checks and support subcontractor coordination.
- Maintain logs, records, and operational data.
- Help resolve issues and support recovery plans to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of construction experience.
- Strong organizational, supervision, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of codes, standards, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work on multi-discipline projects.
