Assistant Superintendent – Large-Scale Construction Projects

💰 Competitive $60,000 - $95,000 + Benefits

We’re seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support daily field operations on large-scale construction projects. This role is hands-on, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while working closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating daily site activities, safety, and inspections.
• Monitor progress, update schedules, and review drawings for accuracy.
• Perform quality checks and support subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain logs, records, and operational data.
• Help resolve issues and support recovery plans to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience.
• Strong organizational, supervision, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of codes, standards, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work on multi-discipline projects.
