We’re seeking a strategic and client-focused Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic advertising team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships, driving campaign success, and collaborating across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, and experiential channels.
• Translate client objectives into actionable briefs for creative, media, and production teams.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and project scopes, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations based on data and insights.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and proactively pitch new ideas and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative excellence and strategic alignment.
• Prepare and present campaign reports, proposals, and performance reviews to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in account management within an advertising or marketing agency.
• Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, media planning, and creative development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
