We’re looking for an experienced Administrative Specialist to support our operations, marketing, and quality teams in the midstream oil and gas sector. This role combines organization, communication, and technical expertise — helping keep projects, proposals, and documentation running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare, edit, and format professional reports, proposals, and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Support project execution, scheduling, and document control for both corporate and field operations.
• Assist with marketing and business development materials — capability statements, project resumes, and client presentations.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and tracking systems to support compliance and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of administrative experience in oil & gas or a related technical industry.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation or proposal development is a plus.
